I’m debating weither to buy the white Apple iPad 2!
Pros:
Most up to date Apple software
Smart Cover
Will have it in time for everything:)
Cons:
If the iPad 3 comes out soon then i’ll have outdated software
Someone at Apple said the iPad 3 was ‘something to make a song and dance about’. what if the iPad3 is AMAZING and i spent all my money on the 2?

Also i have the new iMac 27inch but i would like an iPad just so i can take it places and work on my school work out of the house.

You see, iPad 4 will be even much better, and then iPad 5 will top everything. And the iPad Wonder will open a whole new generation of interactive computing.
That is the ‘problem’ with any fast moving technology: where to buy in. You can be sure that as soon as you get it, there will be a wonderful improvement, even the next day! If you knew exactly what features where coming, you might be able to make an intelligent choice, but you cannot.
So! If you really feel you will get a reasonable benefit from having an iPad 2, get it. But even if you had an infinite supply of money, there would still be the effort of learning how to use the new facilities, which can detract from its effectiveness as a tool.
Now if you just want toys, that is another thing.

Does it do anything revolutionary that your iphone, ipod, itouch, laptop or mac cant do right now? No
I find tablets useless
My laptop does everything and more
Typing on a huge touch screen is slow and inefficient
