Easy and creative, 4Media iPad PDF Transfer is the best choice to transfer or backup PDF/ EPUB eBooks between iPad/iPod touch/iPhone, PC and iTunes.

Do you have the Kindle app for the Ipad? If so, when you purchase the Kindle and register it, the books will automatically transfer. If you are trying to transfer books from another app such as Ibooks then I’m not sure.

iPad books have protection on them and they are in ePub format. Kindle uses the Mobi format. So you would have to find a decrypter and a converter.
